Wellness

1h group

If you would like to start (or re-start) practicing yoga, we invite you to “Basic Yoga”. In this class we take it slowly and gently so there is plenty of time to explain and answer questions.

Vinyasa yoga: yoga style in which every movement is synchronized with breath. It’s also known as Flow Yoga, because of its dynamic way of flowing from one posture to the other to the rhythm of your breath. If we literally translate Vinyasa from the Sanskrit it means “connection”, connecting the movements with our breath.

Yin Yoga: it has the same goals than other styles, but it works deeply with muscles, connective tissues, ligaments, bones and joints. It is used to complete the dynamic classes although it can also be a personal style of practicing yoga.

We also offer individual classes, in the centre or at your home.
